The project involved the comprehensive renovation of a historic 16th-century townhouse located in the heart of the Vélez-Rubio pueblo. The primary goal was to adapt the over 400-year-old building to modern living standards while preserving and enhancing its unique historical identity.
The renovation combined respect for traditional Andalusian architecture with modern construction technologies and sustainable interior design. The project was completed on a turnkey basis, with full coordination from the formal and legal stages to final completion.
