Comprehensive design and construction of a modern, luxury semi-detached villa designed for two families.

The development was carried out in the Los Vélez region (Almería) as a complete renovation of a traditional Andalusian cortijo, transformed into two independent, fully equipped residences.

The investment combines authentic Andalusian architecture with the highest European construction standards and advanced modern technologies. The project was delivered on a turnkey basis, with full project management from the initial planning and permitting stages through to final completion.

Scope of implementation:

• Project management and supervision: Comprehensive project coordination from start to completion, including cooperation with a local architect and obtaining all required building permits.
•  Language support: Full communication and translation services (Spanish–English–Polish), ensuring smooth cooperation and complete control for the investor throughout the process.
• Logistics and contractors: Selection and coordination of trusted contractor teams at every stage of the project, in close cooperation with local material suppliers.

•  Advanced wall and roof insulation, and energy-efficient window joinery.
